my tibetan teacher is about to run the chicago marathon again. he’s not just a meditation cushion couch potato. the chicago sun has a cute article about him today.

I love this. I was reading about him doing New York, and I think we did the race the same year. He was prolly at his hotel having dinner while I was still slogging through Harlem.
