spagetti noodles

took a private rock climbing lesson this week, and worked a lot on ‘resting’ while climbing and different kinds of holds. but the combination of that class and continuing to crank (did two 10c’s and two 10d’s on tuesday) is leaving my arms wrecked. they’re jelly. even after a couple days of rest they were spagetti noodles this morning when i tried to climb again. guess i’m getting a good workout!

  1. Which part of your arms is most sore?
You can lessen the strain and burden on your arms by using your bones and joints more.
Also, master your lower body technique so that your legs (and foot placement) are doing most of the work.
This takes some time and practice, but your arms will thank you for it.

  2. If for a tranquil mind you seek,
    These things observe with care:
Of whom you speak, to whom you speak,
And how, and when and where.

  3. Hrm?
