With engineering and design experience since 1990, I can help you architect and implement designs.
Interface Design
User research gives you needed insight into your customer and avoids unwanted bias in the design.
I use mockups, storyboarding, and early testing to refine designs and avoid costly rework later.
Expert Review
On a budget, a quick review of your current products or future designs will identify the most severe problems quickly.
A single round of user testing on your product, with four to eight customers, is an economic way to identify both the major and medium usability issues with your product.
